Our udon noodles are made locally in Mizusawa using flour that was carefully selected by the owner and high quality natural spring water from Mount Mizusawa of the Haruna Mountain Range. It is translucent, firm and has a one-of-a-kind flavor.
Our zaru udon comes in large, medium or small sizes to accommodate various portion preferences. Enjoy our freshly fried tempura with your udon, including the locally sourced Gunma Prefecture maitake (hen-of-the-woods) mushroom. We also have private tatami rooms available for groups or families with young children. Our udon noodles are available to purchase as souvenir, as well. It is a popular souvenir for visitors of Gunma Prefecture.
